S.A Majeed & Co. was incorporated in 1952 as a modest retail outlet in Penang. Retailing books, magazines and periodicals. In early 70’s, the company became the exclusive distributor in Malaysia for all British magazines. Since 1980, the group embarked on an ambitious publishing program with local as well foreign reprint licensing arrangements.

S.A Majeed & Co. has continuously supplemented the efforts of our government to promote the Nation’s education system and the development of reading habits in Malaysia.
